Export the report

Your task

Copy the blank template to the repository root:

cp templates/learner-report.qmd my-study-report.qmd

Fill the prompts with your own results. For outputs in results/my-study/, update figure paths in the copied report accordingly.

quarto render my-study-report.qmd --to html

Expected output

An HTML report with question, inputs, methods, figures, verification, limitations, and AI assistance. Use browser Print → Save as PDF if needed.

Check before continuing

Check that every figure loads and every statement matches your generated tables. Include the generated session-info.txt for reproducibility.
